The season of heat is around the corner, sweaty face, and struggling to step out of the house is a great task for all of us, isn't it?. As the Sun shines brighter it's time to not be harsh on your skin and be lighter. So let's move forward in leaps and bounds with your skincare regime.
Here I have come up with a simple yet effective routine you can inculcate in your everyday skincare regime to outshine everyone.



1) Sunscreen a day keeps the sun tan away.





Sunscreen!  The most loved product by all of us. It can be hardly overestimated. You can't get rid of it even if you are indoors, but it becomes extra crucial for you to apply sunscreen during Summer. The effect of sunscreen may not be noticeable at first but its after-effects are everlasting and undying. It's advisable to apply sunscreen for at least 30 minutes before stepping out of the house. There's no compromise while choosing the best sunscreen for your skin so always indulge in sunscreen which is lightly weighted, free from harmful chemicals, and contains at least SPF 30 and above. Apply a generous amount and don't forget the other exposed body parts to sunlight which are always ignored by us.


2) Cleanliness is next to Godliness.




Always clean your face twice a day to get rid of, stubborn dirt and oil. Using a mild cleanser with organic ingredients will work wonders. Do not be so harsh while cleansing because the skin's natural oil will lessen, which is rich in antioxidants and has anti-inflammatory properties that add a layer of protection and lock in moisture.


3) Including fluids in your diet.



Being outdoors for a long time increases our sweat rate which leads to fluid loss from our body. Always carry your water bottle and sip on it every hour. Coconut water is also a great energy booster, drink it to maintain the electoral level. Avoid drinking soft drinks and packaged beverages instead go for fresh juices, and buttermilk to quench your thirst. The more you drink the right and adequate amount of fluids the more your skin will glow.



4) Exfoliation to get rid of Sun tan and impurities.





Using light scrub once a week is key to getting rid of blackheads, whiteheads, and sun tan.
Ensure to use mild scrub followed by a stem on your face to give your skin a subtle glow and make your skin dazzle this summer.



5) When nothing goes right go to sleep.



Last but not least the key solution to every problem is a minimum of 7-8 hours of sleep. Do not forget sleep is the golden chain that ties health and our bodies together.
